Makalu 2025: Route Fixed, Climbers Ready for Summit Bid

The 2025 spring climbing season on Makalu, the world's fifth-highest mountain at 8,485 meters, has officially commenced with the season's first summits.
On April 10, a team of Sherpa climbers led by Lakhpa Sherpa successfully completed the route-fixing to the summit, paving the way for subsequent summits.
