David Göttler and Hervé Barmasse have climbed up the south wall of Shishapangma in 13 hrs.

David Göttler of Germany and Hervé Barmasse of Italy attempted a new route on the south face of Shishapangma (14th highest mountain in the world).
They climbed up the south wall in alpine style in just 13 hrs, after that they had turned back from just below the summit (see the image). The summit was about 10 meters long traverse distance. The area was avalanche prone.
Last year David Göttler and Ueli Steck attempted the same route.
